Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Let's Go Raid ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. By using Let's Go Raid, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and authentication data — email address, authentication identifiers, session tokens, and related account records managed through Supabase Auth.
- Profile and trainer data — trainer name, trainer level, trainer code, avatar or style choices, verification status, premium or ad-free subscription status, moderation or suspension status, and related profile settings you provide.
- Raid and coordination activity — hosted raids, joined raids, party status, selected raid boss, team color, party size, raid timing, ready/join status, and related coordination data created when you use the App.
- Verification images — if you use the profile verification feature, you may select a screenshot from your device. Images are processed locally on your device using on-device text recognition (OCR) to extract your trainer name and level. No image is uploaded to or stored on our servers. Only the extracted text is transmitted to verify your profile.
- Device and app diagnostics — app version, device platform and operating system, error logs, and debugging information used to operate and improve the App.
- Purchase and subscription data — if paid features are enabled, Google Play purchase or subscription identifiers, RevenueCat customer identifiers, entitlement status, product identifiers, and related billing events needed to provide paid features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide account access, authentication, and session management.
- Enable raid hosting, joining, party coordination, and related App features.
- Verify profiles and improve trust, safety, and community quality.
- Detect and moderate abuse, spam, misleading raids, and violations of our terms.
- Check premium entitlements if paid features are enabled in your installed app version.
- Debug technical issues, respond to support requests, and maintain App reliability.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party service providers to operate. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — provides authentication, database storage, Edge Functions, and backend services. (Supabase Privacy Policy)
- RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements and in-app purchase validation. (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)
- Google Play Billing — processes Android in-app purchases and subscriptions. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Google AdMob — provides advertising services, including banner ads and optional rewarded ads where available. (Google Privacy Policy)
4. Advertising
Let's Go Raid may display banner ads to non-premium users who have not purchased Remove Ads. The app may also offer voluntary rewarded ads for specific in-app benefits or temporary unlocks. Rewarded ads are optional and separate from standard banner ad removal.
Google AdMob is the advertising provider. Ad availability may vary by app version, region, network conditions, provider review status, and account or entitlement state. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in these circumstances:
- With service providers listed above that are necessary to operate the App.
- When required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or platform policy.
- To investigate abuse, safety incidents, fraud, or security threats.
6. Data Retention
- Account and profile data are retained while your account remains active.
- Raid activity and operational logs may be retained as needed for app operation, safety enforcement, and debugging.
- Verification images are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Extracted verification data (trainer name and trainer level) is stored as part of your profile and deleted when your account is deleted.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See the Account and Data Deletion section below.
7. Children's Privacy
Let's Go Raid is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us at peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com so we can promptly delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect your information. All API traffic uses HTTPS. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com.
10. Contact and Data Requests
For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, contact us at peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com. See the Account and Data Deletion section below for step-by-step instructions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Your Rights
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account or specific data at any time — even if you no longer have the app installed. We target completion within 30 days of a complete and verified request.
In-app deletion (fastest)
In app versions that include this feature: go to Settings → Delete Account, confirm the warning, then type DELETE to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
If you no longer have the app installed, or this feature is not yet in your version, email us:
Step 2
Use the right subject line
Account deletion: "Account Deletion Request – Let's Go Raid"
Data only: "Data Deletion Request – Let's Go Raid"
Step 3
Include your details
Your account email and trainer name (if applicable). We may verify account ownership before processing.
What gets deleted
Account deletion removes: Supabase Auth account, trainer profile (name, level, code, avatar, verification status), profile verification data, and raid history associated with your account. Verification screenshots are processed on your device only and are not uploaded to our servers.
Data-only deletion removes specific data you identify — such as verification images, profile fields, or support records — without deleting your account.
Purchase and payment records managed by Google Play or RevenueCat are subject to their respective policies and may not be removable on request.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Let's Go Raid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Let's Go Raid is an independent Pokemon GO raid coordination app. It helps trainers host raid listings, find raid rooms, share trainer details needed for coordination, mark readiness, and coordinate raid parties.
Let's Go Raid does not control Pokemon GO, raid availability, raid invites, remote raid passes, game rewards, shiny odds, catches, event schedules, or any other in-game outcome.
3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
Let's Go Raid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Niantic, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., The Pokemon Company, The Pokemon Company International, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or any related entities. Pokemon GO and Pokemon are trademarks of their respective owners.
You are responsible for following Pokemon GO's own terms, rules, and community guidelines.
4. Account and Trainer Profile Responsibility
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your location, to use Let's Go Raid.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
- Trainer profile information, including trainer name, trainer level, trainer code, team, avatar style, and verification status, should be accurate when hosting or joining raids.
- False or misleading profile information may result in account limits or removal.
5. Raid Hosting and Joining Rules
- Hosts should create raid listings only for real raids they intend to coordinate.
- Hosts should keep party settings accurate and avoid abusing cancel, start, party size, minimum level, premium-only, or report flows.
- Guests should join only raids they intend to participate in and should mark Ready only when actually ready.
- If your plans change, leave the raid room so the host has an accurate party list.
6. User Conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, automate abuse, or misuse trainer codes.
- Do not create fake or misleading raids, submit false reports, or abuse moderation tools.
- Do not attempt to bypass premium, safety, moderation, or security systems.
- Do not use the app to facilitate cheating, location spoofing, unauthorized automation, or violations of Pokemon GO's rules.
7. Reports and Moderation
The app may allow users to report unsafe, abusive, fake, or misleading behavior. We may review reports and take action such as warnings, temporary restrictions, account limitations, or account removal.
We do not guarantee a specific moderation outcome or response time.
8. Premium, Purchases, Ads, and Notifications
- Premium features or paid services may be previewed, tested, changed, delayed, or unavailable depending on the installed build.
- If paid features are enabled, purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing and may be managed through RevenueCat. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
- Restore purchases should only be considered available if the installed app build provides an active restore flow.
- Let's Go Raid may display banner ads to non-premium users who have not purchased Remove Ads. Voluntary rewarded ads may be offered for specific in-app benefits or temporary unlocks. Google AdMob is the advertising provider.
- Local reminders may depend on device permissions. Do not assume server-driven push fan-out is active unless it is specifically available in your installed app version.
9. Privacy, Deletion, and Third-Party Services
Your use of Let's Go Raid is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You may request account or data deletion through the Account/Data Deletion section.
The app may rely on third-party services, including Supabase, Expo services, RevenueCat, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and hosted documentation pages. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Service Availability and No Warranty
Let's Go Raid is provided as a coordination tool. We do not guarantee successful raids, invites, catches, rewards, Pokemon GO availability, remote raid limits, event accuracy, notification delivery, uptime, or other users' behavior.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability and Contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaceful Soil and Let's Go Raid are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from your use of the app, including missed raids, failed invites, third-party outages, billing platform issues, data loss, service interruptions, notification delivery failures, or inaccurate raid/event information.
For support, legal questions, privacy requests, account deletion, or data deletion, contact peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com.
Subscriptions
Premium and Purchases
Premium features and paid services may be previewed or enabled only in specific app builds. Purchases, subscriptions, and restore purchases should not be treated as active unless your installed app version provides those flows.
How purchases work
If paid features are enabled in a future or specific app build, purchases would be processed by Google Play and entitlement validation may be managed by RevenueCat. Restore purchases should only be considered available if the installed app build provides an active restore flow.
Subscriptions, if enabled, may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
- Monthly subscription — planned product: lets_go_raid_premium_monthly. Treat as active only if visible and purchasable in your installed app build.
- One-time purchase — planned product: lets_go_raid_remove_ads_forever. Treat as active only if visible and purchasable in your installed app build.
- Entitlement confirmation — if paid features are enabled, premium activation may depend on Google Play and RevenueCat validation.
- Restore purchases — available only if your installed app build provides an active restore flow.
- Cancellation — if subscriptions are enabled, cancel them in your Google Play subscription settings. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are not issued directly by Let's Go Raid.
- Advertising — non-premium users may see banner ads, and rewarded ads may be offered voluntarily for specific app benefits. Premium or Remove Ads functionality may suppress standard banner advertising where applicable.
For payment or premium questions, contact peacefulsoil4k@gmail.com. If purchases are enabled in your build, include your Google Play account, the product involved, and any error message.
